What does ERP stand for? # Enterprise Resource Planning (the system that handles the fundamental data and processes of a business).
Do I need developers to use TNX API? # Not for everyday operations. Non-coders can run everything manually and with natural language, developers would simply unlock more speed and value, but aren't strictly required for this mission. Besides, we're also happy to help you out (our support is always free), if you should have additional quests for us.
What's the AI actually doing? # Turning natural language into actions (create, update, search, ...) and returning results in natural language (with audit logs). The AI can also assist with creating custom code, help with your customer support, the integrated online shop and emails.
Can I really customize everything without breaking reality? # Yes, everything, from data over workflows to interfaces, is adaptable.
Can I write my own modules, plugins, apps, ...? # Yes, simply extend the system with custom code. You can also freely create completely individual applications accessing the same data too.
What if I have a weird, niche workflow? # Perfect, TNX API is built for weird. Describe it, configure it, adapt it, automate and iterate freely.

Do you store my data in some mysterious cloud dimension? # No, you keep full control. Options for dedicated servers or connecting your own server are possible.
Can we import our legacy data without summoning demons? # Yes, we support several imports (possibly also directly connecting with an existing server), mapping, validation and staged migration, so you can test before going live.
What about backups and disaster recovery? # Sure, automated backups + restore procedures and cybersecurity are built-in.
Your company is small, isn't that risky for us? # 1.) Doing business is risky. By taking calculated bets, you gain competitive advantages over your competitors, especially with highly customizable systems like ours. 2.) As we will obviously win in the long run, there is no risk. 3.) Even if we should fail, we would of course open-source the entire codebase so you could continue on your own. In addition, we would of course help with transitions, we will never leave anybody behind, standing alone in the rain. In fact, you don't have to "take our word for it", but you can count on real actions: We already open-sourced several older systems (PORT and OLDER TNX API VERSIONS) and have always assisted with transitions (for free of course) to bring everybody successfully into the new system (TNX API 5).
Is there role-based access control? # Yes, there are permissions by roles, team members, data and functionalities. Interns can't delete the galaxy (by default).
Does it support multi-company / multiple tenants? # Yes, run multiple entities with separate data, permissions, and configurations.
Can I export my data at any time? # Yes, your data is yours, we don't take it hostage, come and go freely whenever you want. We don't have looong contracts and you can also use products of our competitors side by side (for example: using another online shop if you shouldn't like ours). We strongly believe in our system, so there's just no need to build walls to keep you around, because you will want to work with us anyway.
Can it generate reports and dashboards? # Yes, there is built-in reporting + custom queries, without spreadsheet necromancy.
Will you take over the world? # Yes.
